SHIPPING

You will receive shipping confirmation within 2-3 business days from the order was placed (sometimes sooner).  After payment is authorized and verified, it still takes 3-4 days to process the order. When your order is shipped you will receive tracking via the email address you provided. If your order says delivered and you did not receive, please contact your local postal service. We do not issue refunds for packages that says delivered. We offer USPS priority mail, and UPS shipping your shipping cost is displayed at point of check out.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
We only replace items if they are defective.
To exchange an item, please email customer service at StarrKissedCandles@gmail.com or call 860.879.8423 (PLEASE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL, include your name, number, and state that you would like to exchange a product) to begin the exchange process.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
