FAQ’s

  • WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE WICK TRIMMED?

If the flame on your wick is large it will melt the candle faster. So, keeping your wick trimmed to ¼ inch and burning your candle for 2-4 hours at a time will ensure a longer lasting candle and slow burn.

  • WHY DID MY JAR CRACK?

Please trim wicks 1/4” before and after each burn to prevent jar cracking.

  • WHAT ARE THEY MADE OUT OF?

Our candles are made out of 100% natural soy beans. No additives or toxins added at all!

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking information is provided once the item has been packaged and ready for shipping.

  • WHY DOES MY CANDLE HAVE WET SPOTS?

The wet spots that you see are not really wet spots. The spots are caused by shrinkage and air bubbles that occur as the wax is cooling inside the container. Part of the wax pulls away from the glassware and sticks to the container giving it this particular look. It is more common with paraffin wax but can also occur with soy. This is common even in expensive candle lines.

  • TIP:

When the candle has melted down you can put the jar in your oven on the lowest temperature (keep warm) on a cookie sheet upside down with a paper towel. Having the jar upside down on the paper towel for about 15 minutes will allow the wax to melt down. Once it has you can wipe the remainder wax out o the jar and reuse it.

    ENJOY!
