FAQ’s
-
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE WICK TRIMMED?
If the flame on your wick is large it will melt the candle faster. So, keeping your wick trimmed to ¼ inch and burning your candle for 2-4 hours at a time will ensure a longer lasting candle and slow burn.
-
WHY DID MY JAR CRACK?
Please trim wicks 1/4” before and after each burn to prevent jar cracking.
-
WHAT ARE THEY MADE OUT OF?
Our candles are made out of 100% natural soy beans. No additives or toxins added at all!
-
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking information is provided once the item has been packaged and ready for shipping.
-
WHY DOES MY CANDLE HAVE WET SPOTS?
The wet spots you see are not actually wet. They happen when the wax cools, causing shrinkage and air bubbles. The wax pulls away from the glass and sticks to the container, creating this look. This is more common with paraffin wax but can also happen with soy. It can occur even in high-end candles.
-
WHY DOES MY CANDLES HAVE FROSTING?
Candle frosting, or blooming, happens when vegetable waxes like soy crystallize, creating a white coating on the surface. This shows the wax is all-natural and doesn’t impact the candle's scent or burn.

TIP:
After the candle melts, place the jar upside down on a cookie sheet with a paper towel in your oven at the lowest temperature. Leave it for about 15 minutes to let the wax melt out. Then, wipe out any remaining wax and reuse the jar.
